Description
This auction is for a very rare, one of a kind 1970 test pressing of a song called "Jimmy Christ" ... that I found with the other Gene Clark records, although I don't believe the artist on this song is Gene Clark. I believe it was written by him, though...It has a country rock feel, singer and guitar. I don't know the song but somebody might...The record is a 45, 10 inches, recorded only on one side, and is in good condition with some dirt on the surface. I didn't want to attempt to clean this, since I don't know exactly the best way to do it. There are no deep scratches, cracks or warping of the disc. I bought this along with 4 other discs which I will be listing about 10 years ago, and I believe they came from unclaimed storage. Gene Clark was an extraordinary talent who has fallen into obscurity and a collector or fan will love to have this. I don't ordinarily deal in records so I will ship this in a box well insulated with styrofoam, unless someone contacts me with a better idea....
