Description

Dated 10/19/79 this is two metal plastic covered acetates or demo discs in a plain jacket with a sticker from STERLING SOUND of New York City.It appears the ten track album is titled MUSCLE SHOALS by the JAMES WALSH BAND and I could find no information to show this album was ever released.This MAY be the same James Walsh of the JAMES WALSH GYPSY BAND as my research has found he had a second album that was never released by RCA in this time period.This vocal album is very well produced with quite a few instruments and features some nice uptempo disco soul funk tracks and the track WELL ON MY WAY has a nice Northern Soul feel.The discs and labels are in overall excellent condition with some slight noise on a couple of tracks,jacket low VG+ with water stain at bottom as well as seam split.I played these discs a few times to get a feel for the music and they play very well, if you know records then you know how fragile acetates are.PLEASE email me if you can add any information on these discs or have any questions,thank you in advance.
