Up for sale is a fantastic modern soul LP put out in Florida by J&R Records in 1982, Randolph Baker's Reaching for the Stars. If you looking at this item, I don't really need to go into much more detail, pretty obscure, rare, and fantastic LP the whole way through.
I am being as forthcoming and honest about this record as possible. If you don't read this prior to purchase, I can't help you. But, as I am a hobbyist my intent is to be open and honest about any problems with any record I sell. If anything, I try and undergrade so you are pleasantly surprised upon receipt. I use a conservative Goldmine Grading scale.
VINYL: VG + : Label and record are clean, high gloss, not dull. There are superficial scuff marks from storage, these are hairline marks noticeable if held to bright light and by placing the vinyl at an angle. The marks do not affect playback. I lightly playgraded on a Project Debut Carbon with a Ortofon 10 stylus, picked up no surface on songs, only at needledrop. When playing Side 2, slight warp or bowing is noticeable when spinning the record. Side 1 lays flat. The warp is minimal and does not affect playback and does not cause needle to jump. Most would fail to mention it or notice it themselves if they just purely used a visual grading model. All problems are superficial and cosmetic in nature, they do not detract from the enjoyment of the record, it's a great spin.
COVER: VG + : Signs of storage, some wearing at edges but no splits. No noticable ringwear, slight fading on front on back.

It typically costs anywhere from $15-$25 to ship outside the US for standard mail with no tracking, insurance, or registration. Those will cost additional fees to the already high shipping cost of mailing outside the US. But, I'm happy to do it, just notify me prior to any purchase.
