Up for sale is a 100% certified 1988 original first pressing of the incredibly rare Oakland, California random rap grail R.A.P. by Rainbow (Plug-It Records, PIR-1301-LP) [2001552-Rainbow-RAP]. This specific archive-worthy copy features a stunning historical provenance, boasting a hand-signed, personalized back-cover inscription dated 8-17-88 from the artist using his legal name, Raney Jackson. The vinyl disc retains a high-gloss factory sheen, visually grading in the solid VG to VG+ tier; the music grooves are exceptionally clean, with superficial cosmetic hairline scuffs and dust strictly confined to the inner dead wax runout. Both light blue center labels are in pristine, crisp Near Mint condition, and the runout matrices securely confirm the authentic, sequential Rainbo Records plant pressings (S-20059-C-1 / S-20060) along with matching "L" lathe-engineer signatures on both sides.
