I am a collector and lawyer by trade, not a retail business like Amazon. If you purchase a sealed item and do not want to take it "as is" or do not want to risk seam splits to the outer jacket during shipment, then you must ask me to open and check the vinyl for defects and to ship the vinyl outside the jacket. I will be more than happy to do so. I also am willing to clean and listen to the vinyl for any audible defects. If I find any defects, then prior to shipping I will let you know and you can cancel the order for a full refund.

Otherwise, if you want me to keep it sealed, then you agree you are taking it "as is" with all known risks associated with buying new sealed vinyl.

Grading of Vinyl (and other media)

• NM/VG++:  Appears handled and played infrequently or very carefully.
• VG+:  Surface may show very light scuffs/scratches/hairlines that cannot be felt by the finger.
• VG:  Surface shows scuffs/scratches/hairlines, some of which may barely be felt by the finger.

I am visually grading used (i.e., unsealed) vinyl to the best of my ability. If I see a scratch on vinyl that is visible in most light, then I will do my best to make sure a photo shows it. If I can feel even a subtle scratch, I will indicate it and most likely list it as "VG" per the above defined terms and, if the scratch is material enough, I will not even bother listing it. I prefer to conservatively grade and avoid any unhappy transactions.

As to sealed items, by default I simply list the item with focus on grading the sleeve/outer case. Do not rely on any grading of the interior on sealed items.

As stated above, it is up to the eBay purchaser whether they want me to open and check sealed items for any defects or ship vinyl outside the jacket to avoid seam splits. I will never sell sealed items if a buyer expects me to warrant the condition inside, which is outside the norm in the vinyl collecting community. Consequently, as to factory sealed items, by purchasing you agree that I make no representation or warranty as to the condition of the vinyl inside, including as to damage or defects, and so any and all sealed items are being sold "as is" with all risk of damage or defects being borne by the eBay purchaser. I am not an original manufacturer or retailer and, accordingly, cannot replace or swap any items.

All sales are final. I am not a retailer and do not accept returns unless we communicate and agree that I erroneously described a used/open item in any material way. So, before buying or bidding, please make sure you understand and know what you are bidding on and purchasing and ask if you have any questions or would like to see additional photos of anything in particular.

All vinyl is reasonably packed for proper protection and then photographed for related documentation (available upon request). I have given great and excessive care to all items during the entire time they have been in my possession. I will make a concerted effort to protect all items during packaging and include proper quality cardboard mailers and, as necessary, bubble wrap and void fill material to inhibit internal movement during transit. In some cases, I will double box items. Vinyl that is used (i.e., not sealed) will remain removed from their outer sleeve/jacket and placed in a separate inner sleeve to prevent seam splitting of the outer jacket during transit.

Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping (unless otherwise stated in listing), cost of and requesting any insurance or special tracking or signature delivery (I am not a retailer selling from insured inventory and will not eat the loss if you do not separately pay additional for insurance or these services), and cost of taxes and any other third-party fees. Please ask for an invoice if you need any of these additional shipping features.

Again, as stated above, eBay purchaser is solely responsible for (1) asking seller to open and check sealed vinyl for any defects, (2) asking seller to ship vinyl outside the jacket to avoid seam splits, (3) asking and paying seller to insure packages. BY PURCHASING THIS ITEM, EBAY PURCHASER AUTOMATICALLY RELEASES SELLER FOR ANY CLAIM OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY OR NOT DISCOVERED DUE TO THE ITEM REMAINING SEALED PRIOR TO DELIVERY TO EBAY PURCHASER.

If eBay purchaser and seller cannot resolve a dispute, then eBay purchaser and seller agree to not make any efforts or initiate any dispute resolution or judicial or quasi-judicial proceeding outside Tarrant County, Texas. In this regard, eBay purchaser and seller agree that exclusive jurisdiction and vebue rest solely in the state courts, county courts, and/or justice of the peace courts located only in Tarrant County, Texas.
