Originally a pre-order box set only through inrainbows.com and waste.uk.com. Box set includes the album pressed on 45 RPM 2-LP set and CD. Second CD features 8 new tracks as well as artwork and digital photos. Unavailable with the original release of the album and is also presented with a 13"x13" hardback book with lyrics, which also includes a separate picture booklet all contained in a outer picture slipcase.
