You are looking at the debut Radiohead EP released on 12" vinyl in 1992.  This is a very rare 4 track EP featuring:

This is in excellent condition - the sleeve and the record itself are honestly as good as new and there were only a limited number of this EP produced.  This is a must have for a dedicated Radiohead fan.
