Description

My absolute favorite country show is unfortunately one of the rarest.  It is called The Ralph Emery Show and was one of the most popular shows syndicated on radio ever.    Every day from Nashville, Ralph hosted the show.  One of the special parts of this show is that he had one group co host the show with him for the entire week.  It made for some great radio that has never been equaled.    These shows show up rarely on ebay and I am offering my last few shows this week.  The show comes on FIVE STEREO LP's in virgin vinyl condition along with their cue sheets in good condition considering they are 27 years old!  AND, I will ship them to you in the original box that they were shipped to the radio stations in.  You will never get a more special, unique opportunity to own these rare shows.      This week's edition of shows were show 5190-5104 and aired the week of November 5, 1984.   THE SPECIAL GUEST THIS WEEK WAS Earl Thomas Conleee LIVE WITH RALPH EMERY ALL FIVE HOURS OF THE WEEK!!!      Here are the songs in this FIVE HOUR EXTRAVAGANGA.  REMEMBER, YOU ARE GETTING FIVE HOURS WORTH OF SHOWS FOR ONE LOW PRICE!         Heavenly Bodies                and                Chance of Loving You - Earl Thomas Conley,               Goodbye Heartache - Louise Mandrell,               Got No Reason Now For Going Home - Gene Watson,              All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight - Hank Williams Jr,              Don't Make It Easy For Me - ETC,               Boys Night Out - Moe Bandy and Joe Stampley,                   Crossword Puzzle - Barbara Mandrell,              PS I Love You - Tom T Hall,               I Have Loved You Girl - ETC,                 She's Gone Gone Gone - Carl Jackson,               Holding Her and Loving You - ETC,              Me Against The Night - Crystal Gayle,               Smokey Mountain Memories - ETC,           She's My Rock - George Jones,                How Do You Feel Aout Fooling Around - Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson,                Somewhere Between Right and Wrong - ETC,               How Blue - Reba,             On The Wings of a Nightingale - Everly Brothers,            Silent Treatment - ETC,                 Your Hearts Not In It - Janie Fricke,             Fire and Smoke - ETC,             A Place To Fall Apart - Merle Haggard,             Tell Me Why - ETC,                 Pins and Needles - The Whites,              Why Lady Why - Aloabama,               Chance of L9oving You - ETC,               Hallelujah I Love You So - George Jones and Brenda Lee,               I've Been Around Enough To Know - John Schneider,               After The Love Slips Away - ETC,                        You Could've Heard A Heart Break - Johnny Lee,               Angel In Disguise - ETC,             I'd Dance Every Dance With You - Kendalls,              Honor Bound - ETC,              Give Me One More  Chance - Exile,               Why Not Me - Judds,               Treadin Water - ETC,              Something In My Heart - Ricky Skaggs,             Round The Clock Lovin - G Davies,              Heavenly Bodies - ETC,                        The Best Year Of My Life - Eddie Rabbitt,              Your Love' On The Line - ETC,              Why Do We Want What We Know We Can't Have - Reba,               Love Don't Care - ETC,                        All The Gold In California - Gatline,                Does Fort Worth Ever Cross Your Mind - George Strait,            Wherever You Are - ETC,                  Nobody Loves Me Like You Do - Anne Murray and Dave Loggins,            The Daisey Chain - G Jones and Barbara Mandrell,            and           Chance of Loving You - ETC.                                                                           WOW!!!                       What a great  show!!!                Remember, when you buy this show, not only will you own the tunes but also interspersed between songs is fascinating commentary on the artists and songs.  Also, keep in mind that this and all radio shows are not just about the music - the music can be found anywhere.  It is the mixture of great music and great announcing that makes it so entertaining.  As well, it is a piece of radio history and Americana.  You just aren't going to find these shows anymore.  Think of what they will be worth in a few years!  (IF you wanted to sell.)  I am selling to share with other music lovers what I was able to get at a reasonable price; in fact, believe it or not, I paid a lot more than you will because I tried to get the entire collection of this syndicated show.  I almost made it but then the sources dried up.  The dj from whom I bought the ones I had left the station,  and subsequent ones I bought were hit or miss in terms of what I had or did not have.  I finally gave up.  I am saving those shows I treasure the most and sharing the rest with you for very reasonable prices.  Those I do not sell, I will just keep!  Most people even enjoy the national commercials that are included on the show.         Included  on this show   are    Time Life,            Jimmy Dean,                 Fan Club,            and more.   Some people buy the shows for the commercials  they collect!     Either way, it is a great show and would be a valuable addition to your collection.  As always, I charge only shipping on the first show you buy for U.S. buyers and discount the shipping for my international friends,  so the more you buy the more money you will save.  Good Luck and God Bless You.
