RUSH ** Vapor Trails **  Atlantic/Anthem 83531-1. Very rare limited production 2 LP vinyl pressing manufactured in the USA in manufacture SEALED condition. Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. United States Postal Service money order payments preferred. Other money orders also accepted but must clear before shipment. PayPal may also be accepted. Shipping and handling costs to be determined at end of auction according to buyer's location - zip code/country codes. Packaging, location and other services like insurance, delivery confirmation, payment method, speed of delivery all factor in to final shipping/handling cost. *** PLEASE NOTE / READ CAREFULLY *** The $15 shipping cost is only an estimate based on the LP being packaged in a single LP box (NO additional protection - cardboard stiffeners/bubble wrap), sent from Atlanta USA to Australia via 1st Class International Mail. Priority International Mail would be approx $27.  eBay now requires the seller to state shipping cost and service. This is unfair to the buyer and/or seller. It is impossible to give an accurate shipping cost without knowing the buyer/winning bidder's location, if he / she wants the item insured, what speed of delivery, etc or if the buyer wants the item packaged with extra protection. Should a buyer across town have to pay International rates? NO. If the buyer wants 1st Class or Media Mail shipping, should he/she have to pay for insured Priority rates with delivery confirmation? NO. Should International buyers have to pay Priority International Mail rates (nearly double) instead of 1st Class International? NO. Should the buyer have a choice in how he/she wants it packaged, speed of delivery Media/1st Class/Parcel Post/Priority/Express/Overnight, insurance, delivery confirmation, Registered Mail, etc?? YES. So, please understand that the shipping cost will likely be less, but could be more - depending on your location, services, etc.... Media Mail to most anywhere in the US is about $4-5. *** Note to International buyers *** If you want your item insured, it must be sent via Priority International Mail (very expensive) and I MUST declare the "correct" total paid price/value on Customs Form in order to receive reimbursement due to loss or damage. You will be responsible for any import tax, duties, tariffs that your country may require. I apologize for having to make you read all this, but I cannot see how this new policy can be fair to the buyer or seller. Being a small independent seller, I try to be as honest and fair as possible. My feedback rating should be 100% - 1 negative - and the buyer did receive his item and was pleased. eBay refused to change it even after the buyer asked them to change to positive.
