Very Rare U.S. test pressing, comes housed in a white plain sleeve with the technical data sheet glued on front (see pictures below), matrix number engraved on dead groove is SRM-1-4013-AS-PW & SRM-1-4013-BS-PW and the words "masterdisc" can also be read. The item is in GREAT condition!!, A must have for worldwide RUSH collectors!
