RUSH - FINDING MY WAY - RARE US PROMO - 1974 - 45 RPM
MERCURY DJ-406 (73623).   This record is a rare very hard to find item.  Apparently, the record collecting community places great value on the RUSH '74 and '75 DJ recordings.  On Ebay and another record website I found this record for sale ranging from $125 to $200.  After that, the value is found in the condition.  It's all about condition. 
Visually,  I would say the tracks are as pristine as I've seen.  Definitely NM-,  probably NM.  Labels are , as shown in pics, also NM except for a stamped radio station  name, WTUP, in light red on one side.  Text reads "Edited Version" and "Promotion Copy Not for Sale".  There is a small black star on both sides as shown in pics.  Pics show condition clearly. No scuffed edges, sharp  edges at the center hole.  The two sides are identical in every way.  This is a great record.  I will start the auction at $120.
I ship free to the 50 states only.  I will ship internationally using GSP, where you pay the cost of the overseas part.  Since I am in central Texas, equidistant from the east coast to the west coast to the Canadian border, shipping time to the lower 48 should take no more than 3 days.  to Alaska and Hawaii, a little longer.
