THE VINYL   MINT-   INCREDIBLE 'ONE PLAY' CONDITION

As you can see, this vinyl is the highly prized 1st UK pressing with the //1 matrix numbers on each side, confirming this is the very first pressing.

This first pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all, let alone like this.

There are a few tiny light whisp lines and nothing else!  Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years, a few little dust specs are on the vinyl when we slid it for checking..There are no real signs of any hairlines,& certainly nothing of which spoils the play. There are no scratches or possibly one play, or maybe two- but it is evient this LP simply has not been played for a very very long time

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

THE SLEEVE     MINT- STRONG 

Correct FLAT MATT Gatefold first issued earliest sleeve by 'Garrod & Lofthouse' -Later sleeves were the typical glosier late 70s/80s design - this is straight out the box from 1976

 This is in simply incredible condition, you will not see better than this we feel!

The edges are all super clean with only the feintest traces of rub, and the tips also have the tiniest rub, all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition

No powdery white ringwear or even ring press of any note, and all edges are super crisp.

There are a couple of tiny tiny spider lines over the edges. 

The open edge remains in immaculate sharp condition with barely a hint of handling

The open out of the gatefold is simply perfect, no dulling, white rub or war at all.

The spine edge is totally unmarked and all legends are perfectly readable, just a couple of tiny rub spots and one light spider line over the edge
