Original 'A' lable DEMO 45 on the COLUMBIA RECORDS LABLE cat# DB 8362 issue from 1968
!Their BEST single!
A great band with associations to The Fleur De Lys, as they were a preferred offshoot that the singer took up in their stead. Certainly not a bad plan when they were to release some of the better mid-60's singles!
This particular one displays a definite MOD style which I would have to say is perhaps their best record. BOTH sides of this are excellent, and probably should have rivaled The Small Faces.
A tough and determined 'A' side has really good vocals too, a throbbing beat, and makes it 'a bit special'! The flip is just as Mod in attitude, slightly less commercial only, perhaps.
It's a wonderful player in respectable shape too!
The vinyl is in wonderful EX/VG++ condition, a few light surface scuffs visible only.
The DEMO lables grade VG++, with light signs of handling.
