How Long You Have to Pay after Auction Has Ended:

• ** We follow the ebay process... after 4 days an "unpaid item case" will be opened, and 4 days after that the case will be closed.  At that point you will be unable to pay for the item and an unpaid item case will be recorded on your account.  So, technically, you will have 8 days to pay for your item if you wait all the way up to the last minute. 

• Sales made in Ohio:

  • Sales made to Ohio customers are subject to a 6.5% sales tax.
  • Sales picked up at our store are subject to 6.5% sales tax.

  • International sales where applicable must be paid using PAYPAL.

Shipping Information:

• We ship primarily with Fed Ex Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail
• We will ship by alternate shippers if requested.
• Any item which is too heavy to box will be crated.
• Items where specified shipping may be included in the price of the item.
• We do not refund shipping cost. Nor do we pay the cost of shipping on returned items for any reason.
• Shipping to Canada-Invoices from KohnsBestBuys are for the item you have won and shipping. Import charges are your responsibility. We do not include these charges Customs will Collect these from You the Buyer.
• In order for us to ship to Canada UPS Requires us to indicate your Phone Number. Please Include this when Paying as it just slows down our shipping if we have to request it from you.

International Shipping:

• All international shipments will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. 
• Tracking and the 1st $100.00 of insurance coverage is included.
