This evening I'm listing a great group of vintage American jazz LPs from the 1950s and 60s on the Blue Note, Impulse, Mercury labels. International bidders should read my terms of sale below carefully, especially with respect to postage cost for expensive LPs. Note that I do not sell to bidders in certain countries due to unreliable postal service. Roy Haynes Quartet/ Out of the Afternoon. Impulse A-23. Orig. US 1962 mono pressing. Gatefold cover is EX with some tears on the spine (see photo)--otherwise nice and clean; LP is strong EX with some surface crackle at the start of side one, but plays mostly NM. Great ensemble with Roland Kirk, Henry Grimes and Tommy Flannagan. Crisp driving jazz that captures the early 60s to a tee.
