Roy Ayers is an awesome Jazz Funk artist and one of the cornerstones of 70s Jazz Funk fusion.
Running Away was a really big Club hit for him in 1977, and this is a song that is much in demand on Deejay playlists today
The B side, Cincinnati Growl is largely instrumental with some occasional vocals and another funky dance floor offering
This single is in Near Excellent condition. There are some slight intro start up crackles, mostly on the B side but both sides play through perfectly well .
Any light hairlines or light marks do not affect play and the single is great on both sides.
The record comes in what I think is its original birth sleeve.
