Description
Lovely copy of the 1972 first UK pressing of the first Roxy Music LP on Island ILPS-9200. Original Pink-Rim labels with 2u/3u stampers. The disc is in beautiful shape with just a couple of light superficial scuffs. It plays absolutely perfectly except at the beginning of The Bob, the first track on side 2, there is a mark that clicks lightly six times during the opening synth part. Not super loud, and it ends after those six and plays perfectly from then on. Other than that it is a perfect player. The cover is just beautiful as well, with only small signs of use. A bit of sticker residue at the top right on the back, and one or two little scuffs, but there is no corner wear and barely any other wear at all. Really crisp and clean, maybe the best original UK cover I have ever seen. This is a beautiful original copy.
