Description
I am parting with some of my treasured LPs. In 1973 ROXY MUSIC released their second LP, and it was a stunner. CAT # SD-36-134. With all songs written by Brian Ferry, and BRIAN ENO on synthesizers, as well as Phil Manzanara on guitars, the LP was a smooth, soulful waltz into a new music category that was somewhere between glam and prog. There is a lot of synergy here with what Bowie was doing at the time. The cover is in VG+ condition. Yes the LP was played. There's a small bend in cover lower right, signs of ring wear and a corner dent lower left. The back cover shows some ring wear on top, and the cover bend lower right. The ORIGINAL INNER is in great condition, and the LP plays great. There's a nice shine to the LP, and there are absolutely no skips, pops, or jumps. The labels are in beautiful condition. A very nice playing example of this LP that is becoming increasingly harder to find.
I love original original pressings because I feel every LP is of it's time and place. The vinyl, and record pressings are all from that moment in time, and no re-pressing or re-mastering will ever make the sound better for me. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER LPS FOR SALE NOW ON EBAY. I AM POSTING SOME TREASURES. SOME ARE RARE AND COLLECTIBLE, AND OTHERS ARE JUST GREAT ALBUMS LIKE THIS ONE IS.
