Rosemary Squires LP - Something To Remember Me By - UK mono first pressing on HMV from 1965, catalogue number CLP 1832, matrix numbers 2XEA 2690-1N and 2XEA 2691-1N.

The record is in EX condition. It has a few light marks, but nothing to cause any problem at all. It still looks bright and clean and sounds superb.
The laminated outer sleeve is EX-. No tears, no writing, and no edge scuffing, it is clean, with a near perfect spine. The only defects, which are pretty minor, are a few creases at the edges, and one at the bottom left of the front, which causes a slight curve to the bottom of the spine. It has a few half-moon thumb creases, and one small brown stain at the bottom of the back.
The original poly-lined HMV inner sleeve is also EX-, with just some creasing at each corner, and a couple of tears at the centre hole - see pictures.
