Payment is expected within 7 days.
All records are shipped in new vinyl mailers with cardboard stiffeners...occasionally you may get a reused one but hey...we all got to recycle.
UK Postage costs quoted are for 1st class (UK Royal Mail) standard delivery. It is up to the buyer to arrange any Insurance. If you require recorded or special delivery please let me know by email and I will adjust the total accordingly. International packages are shipped by Airmail.
I always get a receipt of posting and these will be the sent to the buyer in the event of any potential compensation claim by them for damage or loss during transit, no compensation claims will be undertaken by the seller. If the item is lost and you have not requested the appropriate postage method for the value of the item you may not be able to obtain full compensation from the Post Office.
Items will be despatched as soon as payment is received and/or cheques are cleared.
All items are checked on high quality equipment before listing unless the item is described as unplayed. I use the UK Record Collector grading system to grade the quality of the record and sleeve (for more info type "Record Collector grading system" on google)
All items are accurately listed and honestly described and refunds will only be given if the item has been misrepresented. The item must be returned in the condition it was originally dispatched. Shipping and postage costs will not be refunded.
Non-payers will be reported.
