From 1977, out of New Jersey, comes the private psych MONSTER LP by Ron & Shirley entitled Rock And Scroll on C & C Rrcords. Rare private religious psych that ranges from haunting folk ro full blown acidy garage psych! Check out the great songs Bad Love Is A Demon and Love Is Real. Also contains two inserts. One is a two-sided lyric sheet and the other is a drawn advertisement for an appearance by Ron & Shirley.

Not only is this a great LP, the story behind it is just as good! Ron had been in a 60's Philadelphia psych group. He dropped LSD in the men's room of a club one night and saw the Devil in the mirror grinning back at him! He then became religious and a private minister! He wrote several books on religion and was going to use this LP in his traveling religious shows to help spread the word of the Lord. After hearing this great LP, I know I would have loved to see this show, which never actually came off!

Top notch winner with paste-on front and rear covers! Reminds me of Jefferson Airplane crossed with Marcus from Kentucky. This record was obtained personally from Ron and was NEVER PLAYED, hence it is
