On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called "Through The Past Darkly (Big Hits Vol.2)" and is an original UK UNBOXED MONO pressing!!! HOWEVER THIS IS A VERY VERY SPECIAL LP!!!! FIRSTLY IT IS THE VERY VERY RARE, AND VERY VERY EARLY 'PROPER' 1ST PRESSING WITH 'FLIPBACKS' ON THE INSIDE OF THE SLEEVE (SEE PICTURES)!!!! ALL 'TRUE' PROPER 1ST PRESSES HAD FLIPBACKS (SEE CLOSE UP PICTURE) ON THE SLEEVE!!!! THESE WERE PHASED OUT VERY EARLY ON IN THE PRESSING RUN AND IT IS VERY VERY HARD TO FIND A 'TRUE' 1ST PRESS!!!! BUT THIS ONE IS!!!! ALSO THIS IS A VERY VERY RARE MONO 1ST PRESSING IN FANTASTIC CONDITION!!!! SO DONT MISS OUT!!!! This is a 1969 UK 1st Pressing on the UNBOXED Decca logo!!!! The record is pressed on thick quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LK 5019 on the ORIGINAL Red UNBOXED Decca label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer MONO pressing!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Rolling Stones at their best!!!! Any fan of the Rolling Stones, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition for its age. Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines and NO marks!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THIS RECORD STILL HAS A 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! AWESOME!!!! The only other thing to mention is a small area of the record that is slightly extra 'shinier' than the rest though I am not sure what this is caused by - and this does NOT affect play in the slightest. It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays really well with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and NO crackle!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO nasty greying of the grooves!!!! The record must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also has its ORIGINAL inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition (apart from a small piece of blank paper stuck onto one side - though this is white on white and doesnt show)!!!! The OCTAGONAL '1st Press' FLIPBACK Cover is also in STUNNING condition for its age!!!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES - can you get much better???? It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, NO corner wear, barely ANY creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are RAZOR straight with NO feathering!!!! The cover must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!!

It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this RARE LP by The Rolling Stones in this sort of condition!!!! THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1969 MONO 1ST PRESS COPY OF "THROUGH THE PAST DARKLY" BY THE ROLLING STONES, IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!!
