Description
This is the 1967 LONDON Records vinyl Gatefold LP by the ROLLING STONES, Their Satanic Majesties Request. It has the lenticular 3D cover. Never exposed to smoke, perfume, scent of any kind.
NOTE that this has the blue label stereophonic record NPS-2 inside the album, but the actual cover has the MONO label NP-2.
I bought this when I was 15 years old and this is how it was. I had no idea about the difference in the record sleeve and the actual record until I researched this album.
Also NOTE that there is a 1-3/4-inch split at the top of the back gatefold cover.
It has the original liner and I will pack the record outside the cover so it will not rub in shipment. 3 pieces of cardboard liner, front, back and middle, to protect it.
I kept my records safe in a cabinet since purchased. Since I haven't played them in over 40 years, it is time for them to go to collectors. I never let anyone else touch my records. I suggest cleaning any record you buy before playing.
