DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: light 'rippling' and a little light wear at the corners, otherwise Superb..nice and clean..spine lettering lovely and clear: VG+
INNER: just a couple of light creases, otherwise Superb..no marks or seam splits: EX
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a number of light surface marks...nothing deep and plays well with some crackle and and the occasional light click..no skips, sticking or distortion..nice clear sound: VISUAL VG / AUDIO VG
VINYL - SIDE TWO: as side one...a number of light surface marks...nothing deep and again, plays well with some crackle and and the occasional light click..no skips, sticking or distortion..nice clear sound: VISUAL VG / AUDIO VG
LABELS: light 'spidering', otherwise Superb: EX-

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
