THE SLICER       Label : SWINGING PIG     Catalogue No. : #3857      Pressing: 1986     
                       

    "The Slicer"  is an unofficial (bootleg) recording of The Rolling Stones.  The entire concert was recorded at the

     Capitol Theater in Passaic, New Jersey on June 14, 1978.  It was a leg of their "Some Girls American Tour".

     It states that it's a  "Springboard Recording"  on the back cover,  but others believe it is from a radio broadcast.

     The album has amazing sound quality and top notch band performances, especially for being a bootleg LP.

     It has been reported as being one of the top five bootleg albums of all time.


Condition:
    Jacket:  NM    If you can call it a jacket!  It is a solid white cardboard cover with two (2)  inserts.

                            There are no liner notes to speak of.  Cover still in shrink.

     Vinyl:   NM    The vinyl is near mint with a neat picture of a pig on the labels
