Description

I use Goldmine Grading and play the record from start to finish before assigning a grade.
This is a Monarch Pressing, matrix number ST-RS-712190-MO.  From my personal collection, well cared--for and unplayed for the last ~30 years.

Vinyl is Excellent, with occasional and minimal light surface noise, no skipping, significant groove wear, or deep scratches. 
Inner sleeve is Very Good with some minor creasing and a few small tears (< 1 inch) on opening side. One seam split about 2 inches. Small area of faint discoloration.
Outer sleeve is Excellent, with very minor edge and corner wear, some small, faint indentations on back.  Zipper and gatefold are in excellent working condition.
Has been stored in protective clear plastic sleeve which will be included.
