Pressed in Japan
Etched "sr/2" in the trail-off area (Stan Ricker)

I don't claim to know enough to rate an album like a pro but I would have to say, in my amateur opinion, the jacket cover and sleeve are VG+ and the vinyl is EX.  Vinyl has a nice sheen. 

Please NOTE I no longer own a turntable so I cannot play it.  I can only rely on what I see.

I have owned this copy for over 30 years.  It saw almost no needle time and has sat unplayed upright in climate controlled space since the 1980s.
