19th.nervous breakdown/As tears go by. Another different sleeve ( and very, very limited this one) From this belgium single of which 3 different sleeves were released! This is the most hard to get . I wonder if anybody saw a copy of it as I see it for the first time and I collect a couple of years I  can assure you.

The quality is STUNNING. The record is NEAR MINT and the foldoutsleeve ( both sleeve sides have te same inmage) is MORE THAN EXCELLENT.
