Description
This is an original UK pressing of the divisive Rolling Stones 1967 LP, Their Satanic Majesties Request
Stereo edition on unboxed GREEN Decca label - reference TXS 103
Matrices are as follows :
Side 1 : ZAL8126-T2-6K
Side 2 : ZAL8127-T2-5K
The Record (Fully Test Played):
This is a VG
Both labels have spindle wear but are otherwise clean
Test Playing :
There's a few marks on this so I played it right the way through, there's crackle in places and some clicking on tracks like Sing This All Together and Gomper but nothing close to a jump
Inner sleeve is EX . This the correct red patterned sleeve which is made of very fragile material - somehow there are no splits and no writing, just a little creasing. I've added a plain white just in case.
Outer Sleeve is EX , laminated front and back gatefold by Robert Stace, has the 3D/Lenticular Sleeve where the bands heads move depending on the angle you look at it from. There's a little edge wear to the top and bottom spines but no splits and the main spine is nice
NOTE : PLEASE ask before bidding from overseas as there are some countries I don't and won't post to.
I'll be using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
If you're local and want to pick up in person then that's also fine.
All records graded as per the Record Collector / Goldmine Guide as closely and conservatively as I can
Record will be sent in a stiff mailer with the record removed from the outer sleeve and all in a plastic sleeve to prevent splits in transit - I am a collector myself so hate when that happens.
