Description
The Rolling Stones---"Their Satanic Majesties Request"---Ultra Rare Original UK 1st Pressed Mono Album In EX Condition On The Unboxed Decca Label---1P and P1 From 1967---With 3D Sleeve And Original Red Inner Sleeve
This is a UK copy from 1967 in mono on the turquoise unboxed Decca label, cat. no. TXL 103 with matrix 1P and P1.
Vinyl: EX. The vinyl is in lovely condition with a great shine and just a few light marks. It plays a bit clicky in the quiet parts at the start of side 1.There is crackle at the start of side 2. Overall great sound with some surface noise in quiet parts which disappears into the music.
Labels: EX. Labels are in great condition with no markings. These labels are the very first press turquoise and they have a very small amount of average play spindle markings.
Sleeve: EX. Gatefold 1st press 3D sleeve is in very solid condition with light wear and a little age limpness. It still retains its beautiful, full gloss laminate throughout and shows just the minimum of light creases. It has light edge and corner wear, but no ring wear.Inside the Robert Stace gatefold, the colours are still crisp. The spine has been crushed a little but is still nice and clean. Original red inner sleeve is in EX+ condition.
With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.
