On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called "Rolling Stones No 2" and is an ORIGINAL MONO UK 1st Pressing on the UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER ROLLING STONES LPs EVER - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE!!!!  BUT THERE IS ONE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DETAIL THAT MAKES THIS LP IS VERY VERY SPECIAL INDEED!!!!  THIS IS THE RAREST AND MOST SOUGHT AFTER PRESSING OF THIS LP EVER (BECAUSE BARELY ANY WERE EVER MADE!) AND IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS PRESSING IS KNOWN AS THE IMPOSSIBLY RARE 'TRANSITIONAL' PRESSING (WITH A DIFFERENT 'PASTE ON' BACK COVER) AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!!  I WILL EXPLAIN WHAT MAKES THIS LP SO AMAZINGLY RARE:-

THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN 1965, AND ONLY WEEKS AFTER RELEASE COMPLAINTS STARTED TO FLOOD IN TO DECCA ABOUT SOME OFFENDING TEXT ON THE REVERSE OF THE COVER.  THIS OFFENDING TEXT IS KNOWN AS THE 'BLIND MAN' TEXT AND BASICALLY THE TEXT SAID 'IF YOU DONT HAVE THE BREAD, SEE THAT BLIND MAN KNOCK HIM ON THE HEAD, STEAL HIS WALLET....' ETC.  THIS CAUSED GREAT OFFENSE TO MANY PEOPLE, AND WHILST THEY RESISTED IT FOR A TIME - DECCA WAS EVENTUALLY FORCED TO CHANGE THE BACK OF THE COVER & REMOVE THE OFFENDING 'BLIND MAN' TEXT!!!!  HOWEVER, DECCA STILL HAD A SMALL STOCKPILE OF 1ST PRESS COVERS WITH THE OFFENDING 'BLIND MAN' TEXT ON THE REVERSE - AND RATHER THAN DESTROY THEM THEY DECIDED TO 'COVER' THEM (MUCH IN THE STYLE OF A BEATLES 'BUTCHER COVER') WITH A 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK TO 'COVER' THE OFFENDING TEXT!!!!  ONLY AN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNT OF 'TRANSITIONAL' COVERS WERE EVER PRESSED LIKE THIS (WITH THE 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK!) - BEFORE STANDARD LATER PRESSED COVERS (WITHOUT THE TEXT) WERE INTRODUCED AFTERWARDS!!!!  AND IF YOU LOOK VERY HARD AT MY PICTURES BELOW YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE ORIGINAL TEXT SHOWING FAINTLY THROUGH THE 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK!!!!  AND ON MY OTHER CLOSE UP PICTURE YOU CAN ALSO CLEARLY SEE THE EDGE OF THE PAPER OF THE 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK!!!!  THIS INCREDIBLY RARE 'TRANSITIONAL' PRESSING WITH ULTRA RARE 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE (BECAUSE BARELY ANY WERE EVER MADE!) AND MAKES THIS LP ONE OF THE RAREST ROLLING STONES LPS EVER (AND CERTAINLY THE RAREST PRESSING OF THIS LP EVER MADE!)!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! 

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!  AND THE ONE PREVIOUS OWNER KEPT THIS LP INSIDE A RECORD BOX FROM THE DAY HE BOUGHT IT - SO IT HAS REMAINED IN FANTASTIC CONDITION!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1965 UK 'TRANSITIONAL' MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE ORIGINAL UNBOXED 'GROOVED' DECCA LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND ULTRA RARE LAMINATED 'TRANSITIONAL' COVER (WITH ULTRA RARE 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK!)!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Decca UK 'Transitional' MONO 1st Pressing and is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LK 4661 on the ORIGINAL UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO pressing!!!!  All the tracks are pure quality Rolling Stones at their best!!!! Any fan of The Rolling Stones, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 VERY light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The AMAZINGLY RARE 'Transitional' Laminated MONO Cover (with ULTRA RARE 'Paste On' Cover back!) is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), VERY shiny laminate, only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), only a VERY thin line of laminate lifting along the spinal edge, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the unlaminated cover back (with 'Paste on' cover back 'slick'!) is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must MEGA STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not better - and is very VERY close to a grade above!!!!  BRILLIANT COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
