A Rare and very unusual Authentic Unboxed MONO copy of Rolling Stones NO: 2….
Why so special? First off this is an unplayed copy!!!
Next this is the unboxed Decca label pressing however there is no groove within the label. The matrix endings are 2A // 2A The cover does not have the blind man text….What does this all mean?
This pressing is the very last of the unboxed Decca MONO pressings - In all honesty it is far easier to find a Deep Groove unboxed example, easier still if condition were of no concern, However finding an identical 2A 2A stamped unboxed label example similar to this is a genuine shot in a million. Playing surface
The flat well centered playing surfaces display wonderfully under bright magnified light boasting a full and complete luster. The Mono Decca labels show NO signs of use to either spindle hole.. This is an extremely fine example and we grade it without reservation as Excellent PLUS (EX+)
Cover
The front laminated cover is in superb condition all seams are arrow straight and true, no feathering, rubs or writing no stickers, foxing stains tears or rips..the back cover retains much of its original whiteness = Near Mint (NM)
Inner sleeve
Stock Decca MONO - Crisp and original seams intact, plastic liner secure = EX (Excellent)
