The Rolling Stones - Let it Bleed (Decca SKL 5025) Stereo 1969 U.K.

Jacket is VG++ with upper left corner bump, partial neat seam separation bottom right - NOT split - 2-3 " from corner to center can easily be repaired (I don't "doctor" covers). Otherwise very nice with original see-through "window" - this one is Blue (for stereo). Credit : "Laminated with 'Clairifoil' made by British Celanese Limited" on bottom of back cover. Vinyl is M- extremely well taken care-of - the sound is phenomenal! P-1W / P-4W stampers. Boxed Decca "Full Frequency Stereophonic Sound" labels are also very clean. Original inner sleeve with stereo blue markings is VG++ with slight yellowing from age. This LP is stored in and will ship with a new spare inner sleeve to protect the original. Original poster is in beautiful M- condition - please see photos!

Outstanding English Decca pressing of the second of four straight 5-star studio albums by The Stones. Made at the height of their powers amidst death (founder Brian Jones) and addiction (Keef beginning his long on-and-off dance with smack). Even without their all-time greatest single (Honky Tonk Women) being included this record is stunning. Gimme Shelter roars like a tidal wave. Keith's interpretation of Robert Johnson's Love in Vain shows how his relentless acoustic practicing at the time paid off. He also plays a helluva bass line on Live With Me  - sorry Bill! Other highlights are the title track with Charlie's rock-solid pocket drumming and Brian Jones' final appearance on the seldom-used autoharp on You Got The Silver (which was also Keith's first complete lead vocal). Produced by Jimmy Miller and engineered by Glyn Johns, this is an amazing sonic achievement! Enjoy it in its original analog glory - THIS RECORD SHOULD BE PLAYED LOUD.

" She said, 'My breasts, they will always be open

Baby, you can rest your weary head right on me

And there will always be a space in my parking lot

When you need a little coke and sympathy' "

Some important information:

I am a serious collector and I don't sell anything that I wouldn't play for my own listening enjoyment. At the same time I'm not going to brag about my grading genius, or hustle people about how no one used profanity in or near the pristine environment that my records were stored in, or how they were acquired from a hermit who only played them once to tape them (unless it's true!). The sub-heading at the top of the page says it all - I sell fine vinyl.

All records are packed professionally in proper record mailers. They are placed in poly outer-sleeves outside the album cover to prevent seam-splits, often in an extra inner sleeve, especially in the case of custom original sleeves which need extra protection. They are then placed in between two stiff cardboard inserts with an additional square of bubble wrap outside of the vinyl side. Edges and seams are then neatly sealed with quality tape for maximum protection. Sealed records are packed with similar care. I do not skimp on packaging - no improvised french-fry boxes stuffed with newspaper from this dealer! All orders are shipped via Priority Mail after payment so that you receive your item, or items in a timely manner. If you win multiple items I will provide you with a shipping discount of $1.00 for each additional LP, $1.50 for each additional Double LP. Outside the U.S. combined orders will be discounted fairly on a case-by-case basis.
