Here we have an original UK 1st pressed album in MONO on the red ffrr unboxed Decca label with a cat. no. LK 5025 with the very first matrices A1 & A2.
Vinyl: It is in a superb condition and it still has a very high gloss shine. Both sides play NM. and the audio quality is superb. It has one very light hairline and 2 tiny paper scuffs .The hairline creates very light crackle on 'Love In Vain.
Labels: NM. With NO visible spindle rash. These labels are like new. I have never seen more beautiful labels on any record 0f 40 years old. Absolutely astounding!!! Even if you see a small black dot on one of the photos, it's on the lense not on the label.
Sleeve: EX+++. The Upton Printing Group sleeve is in a superb condition and you can see the way the laminate is shining in the photos. The spine is standing up with no wear. There is no ring wear and just the tiniest bit of wear on the corners. Laminate is firm and complete. It has the mono/stereo view hole on the back. This sleeve feels like new!!!
Inner Paper Sleeve: EX++. The inner is the original red MONO one with the track details on one side and the technical bits on the back. There is no staining or marking. It, naturally shows the ring of the vinyl and has a few light creases but, again, is one of the best I've seen.
Poster: M. This wonderful poster featuring Mick looming large over a superimposed photo of the whole band, measures 480mm x 535mm. and looks as if it has never been out of the sleeve and certainly never opened until now. It is in perfect condition!!!
