You are looking at a near mint condition USA Bell Sound Recording Studios one sided ten inch metal acetate test disc, the disc plays & looks perfect on the A side, the B side is blank, with some minor scuffs.
This is an unreleased rare instrumental version of this famous song, comes in a Transco paper sleeve.
