Original 1969 U.K. first issue mono pressing released on the unboxed red & silver Decca label LK 5025. 

Description :

Very rare and hard to find Stones classic that has become increasingly collectable over the last few years.

Let It Bleed is the eighth British and tenth American album by The Rolling Stones, released in December 1969 by Decca Records in the United Kingdom and London Records in the United States. Released shortly after the band's 1969 American Tour, it is the follow-up to 1968's Beggars Banquet and the last album by the band to feature Brian Jones as well as the first to feature Mick Taylor.

Although they had begun the recording of "You Can't Always Get What You Want" in November 1968, before Beggars Banquet had been released, recording for Let It Bleed began in earnest in February 1969 and would continue sporadically until early November. Brian Jones performs on only two tracks, playing the autoharp on "You Got the Silver", and percussion on "Midnight Rambler". His replacement, Mick Taylor, plays guitar on two tracks, "Country Honk" and "Live With Me". Keith Richards, who had already shared vocal duties with Mick Jagger on "Connection", "Something Happened to Me Yesterday" and "Salt of the Earth", sang his first solo lead vocal on a Rolling Stones recording with "You Got the Silver."

Released in December, Let It Bleed reached No. 1 in the UK (temporarily knocking The Beatles' Abbey Road out of the top slot) and No. 3 on the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart in the US.

Condition ~ Vinyl :

The vinyl is in superb hardly ever played condition with just the odd tiny light surface hairline. Easily EXCELLENT condition bordering on NEAR MINT. Gorgeous!!!

Audio Quality :

The sound quality is superb with virtually no background noise at all.

Condition ~ Sleeve :

The classic striking laminated sleeve is in overall great shape with just the faintest amont of wear. No splits, tears or writing. EXCELLENT condition.

Condition ~ Sticker :

The sleeve comes complete with the "Full Color Rolling Stones Poster Included" sticker which is fully intact and unpeeled.

Condition ~ Poster :

Also comes complete with the poster which has no splits or tears. Just a couple of light fold creases in one corner.

Condition ~ Inner Sleeve :

Also includes the original red & white inner sleeve which is in decent shape. No splits or tears. Just some creasing.

Condition ~ Labels :

Both labels are nice and clean. No writing. Just a couple of light spindle marks.
