Another from my personal collection, This ORIGINAL 1ST UK pressing was Initially played a few times but not over played at all the audio is stunning throughout without any loud clicks or pops and no distortion during the audio,  The audio graded at least  excellent plus in my opinion! This is complete with the UK printed laminated front only cover. also the original blue Decca stereo poly lined record sleeve. What makes this album highly collectable is the original poster insert which only came with very limited and earliest pressings, this is near pristine and never been used or put on a wall! Amaizingly the vinyl looks in almost unplayed condition in my opinion, I find it hard to see any ware or spidering at all! Unbeleivably rare to find on a 42 year old Rolling Stones album!

NEVER NEED TO UPGRADE FROM THIS ALBUM IN MY OPINION!

 Let It Bleed is an album by The Rolling Stones, released in 1969. The follow up to 1968's Beggars Banquet, it appeared shortly after the band's 1969 American Tour, their first in the U.S. in three years!!!!!

Although they had begun the recording of "You Can't Always Get What You Want" in November 1968, before Beggars Banquet had been released, recording for Let It Bleed began in earnest in February 1969 and would continue sporadically until November.

 Brian Jones performs on only two tracks, the autoharp on "You Got the Silver" and percussion on "Midnight Rambler". His replacement Mick Taylor also plays on two tracks, "Country Honk" and "Live With Me." Keith Richards, who had already shared vocal duties with Mick Jagger on a handful of songs ("Connection", "Something Happened to Me Yesterday" and "Salt of the Earth"), sang his first solo lead vocal on a Rolling Stones recording with "You Got the Silver."!!!!!!!

During 1968, Richards had been hanging out in London with Gram Parsons, who had left The Byrds on the eve of their departure for a tour in the Republic of South Africa. By all accounts, Parsons had significant impact on Richards' taste in country music, and perhaps as a result of his influence, the band recorded a true honky-tonk song, "Country Honk," a more uptempo and rock and roll version of which would appear as their next single, "Honky Tonk Women." The LP track featured fiddle player Byron Berline, who worked with Parsons frequently throughout the latter's career.

 Parsons frequently took credit for the arrangement of "Country Honk", although both Jagger and Richards have stated that it was actually the original arrangement of the song as written and conceived while vacationing in Brazil in late 1968. In any event, Parsons had recently introduced the group to his cache of traditional country records and was at least indirectly responsible for this sea change. The singer's own cover, released on the 1976 rarities compilation Sleepless Nights, features a slightly different set of lyrics and yet another arrangement that combines elements of both Stones versions!!!!.

   • Features producer Jimmy Miller on drums and Al Kooper on French horn, piano and organ

The vinyl

On initial visual inspection this thick and heavier type of vinyl retains its original sheen from new! This lays perfectly flat on the turntable! This is the original THICKER and deeper grooved type of vinyl only found on original early pressings later pressings were much more flimsier and less robust.  On initial inspection my thoughts were that this vinyl looks almost like a new vinyl and it is hard to notice that this has been played! To be honest I find it hard to see any marks on the playing surface! Angled in very strong light there are minor light whyspy surface sleeve removal type marks only, any marks that could possibly be seen have very little if (no) effect on the awesome audio quality.  I can ( not) see any needle scratches or marks that would OR INDEED effect the play and would cause any loud clicks or pops during the audio! THE AUDIO PLAYS SUPERBE ON MY  SYSTEMS, AWESOME ALMOST AS GOOD AS IT GETS IN MY OPINION, EVEN IN BETWEEN TRACKS OR QUIET PARTS, ANY STATIC/TICK OR CRACKLE IS MINIMAL INDEED

The Audio Quality

I have played this vinyl as usual at very loud volume on a top system prior to listing,, and the audio is truly awesome, cristal clear and vibrant all of the way through, Please note i heard of coarse (no) loud constant clicks or pops no skips or jumps and no distortion during the play of this vinyl. Please note, to be highly critical I heard some isolated light static\crackle\tick in isolated quiet places only  only but nothing that would majorly detract from the overall awesome audio experience in my opinion.  This is so rare to find like this and in this condition. Absolutely stunning audio seperation throughout!. The audio on this very rare vinyl will be hard to surpass and I rate this audio at the VERY VERY top on all frequencies! I would grade the audio at least excellent plus for the most part on my systems!

Please note! I always add this disclaimer! That I have given my honest opinion when describing the audio quality of this vinyl as I heard it. and have played it through track for track at loud volume on a top system.  Please allow for the odd isolated static crackle\tick here and there (not) consistant through out the audio perhapes heard in isolated odd quiet place only. Remember this is an original (not) a reissue that is 42 years old and would have been played on a system that is 42 years old! Please look at my completed listings of records that i have sold of this calaber and you will see that i normally get it right!

Please note! A constant clean before each play is recomended! A build up of dirt and dust in the grooves from laying dormant causes static ticks \crackle! Cleaning reduces this!

The audio is graded at the top!!Excellent plus!

The Labels,

These are the original 1st issue ''unboxed '' DECCA labels !! with (no) nasty names written on them. Amaizingly I find it hard to see any spidering or ware at all around the spindle hole even when angled to the light! This has obviously been played just a minimal amount of times only, and has certainly not been overplayed in my opinion, (There is no distortion or grooveware)! Little if (no) spindle ware the hole is perfectly round Made in England is featured (only UK press)

This is the DECCA STEREO (blue\white) poly lined sleeve with (no) splits or tares SUPERBE light creasings only worth to mention  overall in super At least Excellent condition! and original

LOOK AWESOME ORIGINAL LAMINATED FRONT! (ONLY EARLY PRESS) Super glossy appearance!! Printed in England is unbelievably rare to find these originals in this awesome condition! usually in a terrible state.There is very minimal small laminate creases worth to mention only if scrutinised,  but only really noticed if looked for in my opinion!  strong and straight!!!Must be at least Excellent to excellent plus in my opinion!

The Poster\insert.

Very few were issued and only earliest issues feature the poster. This poster  has never been put on the wall graded at near mint in my opinion! 

In my opinion this very rare and sought after album will be hard to surpass and being the rarest Unboxed Decca 1st UK press in ((Stereo)) makes this album even more desirable!
