Picture Sleeve: VG (Very Good).
The sleeve still has vibrant colors. There is a small 1-inch tear at the top right corner (near the London logo) and some light creasing/ring wear typical for its age.
Vinyl: VG+ (Very Good Plus). The vinyl retains a nice gloss with only light surface marks that do not affect play
Labels: Clean blue "swirl" labels. Note: There are small initials ("D.B.") written in blue ink on the "What a Shame" side (see photos).

No major seam splits at the bottom or sides.
Vinyl/Label: Good Plus (G+). The labels are bright but feature the initials "D.B." written in ink on both sides—a classic sign of 1960s ownership. The playing surface shows some light surface marks and scuffs consistent with its age.
