Sleeve is vg++(most would call it NM but I'll leave wiggle room). The 45 is VG++ with a little bit of ultra fine surface marks. If you are collector and were looking for this rare item, this is the one to buy. It is a work of art and one of the Rolling Stones toughest 45's and sleeves to pick up. You will love this one. No seam splits, no tears, minor marks from the 45 in the sleeve. Came from a private collector selling off his collection and on consignment to Forever Vinyl.
