Condition:  VG/VG+ condition overall.  Records have been in proper storage for 20 years since purchased from an estate and were not played at all during that time.  Both records played very well when tested for the first time just recently.  Very enjoyable listening experience.  Side one label shows title written in marker (see image), but labels in excellent condition otherwise.  Records have minor smudge marks (more visible on yellow vinyl), but otherwise have been very well take care of.

Return policy: Return available under the following conditions: You must email me within 72 hours of delivery to indicate your intent to return item with explanation.  Item must be shipped out by you within 7 days, in condition you received it in, well packed and shipped via USPS priority mail (or International Express Service) with insurance and tracking.  Return shipping is at your expense.  Purchase price (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded after I receive item.
