On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called 'Between The Buttons' and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE ROLLING STONES RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE DECCA LABEL - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT  HAS AN IMPOSSIBLY RARE FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!!  AND THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  THIS IS ONLY THE SECOND 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP I HAVE EVER SEEN WITH AN IMPOSSIBLY RARE FLIPBACK COVER - AND CLEARLY THIS WAS A MASSIVE MISTAKE AT THE PRINTERS (AS ALL 1ST PRESSINGS WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN 'NON-FLIPBACK'!)!!!!  THE FLIPBACKS DONT OBSCURE ANY OF THE BACK COVER TEXT - AND ACTUALLY MAKES THE COVER LOOK BETTER IF ANYTHING!!!!  CURIOUSLY THIS WASNT THE ONLY DECCA LP THAT THIS HAPPENED TO AT THIS TIME - A VERY FEW COPIES OF JOHN MAYALLS 'HARD ROAD' (RELEASED AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME AS THIS LP!) ALSO HAD MISTAKENLY PRINTED FLIPBACK COVERS TOO!!!!  OF COURSE, SOME SKEPTICS MAY SAY - COULDNT THE COVER HAS COME APART WITH AGE AND BEEN 'RE-GLUED' THE WRONG WAY?  THE ANSWER WITH THIS LP IN MY OPINION IS DEFINITELY NO!!!!  I HAVE EXAMINED THE OUTER FLIPBACKS VERY CAREFULLY INDEED - AND THEY LOOK ABSOLUTELY PERFECT AND FLAT - WITH NO PREVIOUS GLUE RESIDUE AT ALL!!!!  IN MY OPINION THIS IS QUITE SIMPLY A COVER MANUFACTURING ERROR - AND OF THE UTMOST RARITY!!!!  AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT WITH THIS ULTRA RARE FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER - THIS MAKES THIS ONE OF THE RAREST ROLLING STONES LPS EVER TO BE OFFERED FOR SALE!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS UNBOXED 'GROOVED' DECCA LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE (WITH THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS 'PATENT APPLIED FOR' TEXT IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER!), AND 1ST PRESS 'JAMES UPTON' FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Decca UK 1st Pressing from 1967 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LK 4852 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in SUPERB condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable.  This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 1 ULTRA light wispy scuffline, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS SUPERB!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade FULL Excellent if not Excellent+!!!!  SUPERB RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!!  Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The ULTRA RARE 1st Press 'James Upton' Flipback Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, only 2 absolutely TINY 'creaselines' near the opening edge, NO ringwear, NO rubbing, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
