HELLO AND WELCOME TO MY 'ONE OFF' WEDNESDAY NIGHT AUCTIONS (ENDING LATE WEDNESDAY 25TH JUNE!)!!!!
As many people may already know, I usually end all my items on Sunday nights (and these will still continue!)!!!! However as I had quite a few extra items of UTMOST RARITY come in to me this week (they really are TOP QUALITY, and NOT cheap overstock!) and completely ran out of time to list them last Sunday - I decided to do a 'one off' set of listings of Wednesday auctions ending on Wednesday 25th June!!!! So PLEASE NOTE that this auction will end late on Wednesday 25th June (and NOT Sunday!) - though of course, I will be putting more auctions on during the week for next Sundays auctions!!!! Thanks for reading and please take a look at this AMAZING item below:-On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called "Between The Buttons" and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE ROLLING STONES RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! IT IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE DECCA LABEL, AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!! BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP EVEN RARER STILL, IS THAT IT IS 1ST PRESSED IN MEGA RARE STEREO!!!! AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!! WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED BACK IN 1967, NEARLY EVERY 1ST PRESSING WAS MADE IN COMMON MONO - WITH VIRTUALLY NONE IN MEGA RARE STEREO AT ALL!!!! AND DEMAND FOR STEREOs WAS SO ABSOLUTELY TINY, THAT MOST SHOPS DIDNT EVEN STOCK STEREOs AS STANDARD IN 1967 - AND THEY WERE ONLY AVAILABLE BY 'SPECIAL ORDER' ONLY!!!! AS A RESULT, FINDING A 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IN MEGA RARE STEREO IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE - AS BARELY ANY WERE EVER MADE!!!!
NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION - AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1967 UK STEREO 1ST PRESSING ON 1ST PRESS UNBOXED 'GROOVED' DECCA LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'JAMES UPTON' LAMINATED STEREO COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Decca UK 1st Pressing from 1967 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is SKL 4852 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer UK STEREO 1st Pressing!!!!
The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has only 1 absolutely TINY hairline type mark, only 1 VERY light scuffline, only 2 or 3 VERY light surface marks (NON sounding!), and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!! It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO skips, barely ANY clicks, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The record is also fractionally uneven (barely ANY!) - though this of course, does NOT affect play in the slightest!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!! The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'James Upton' Laminated STEREO Cover is in GREAT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!! Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in GREAT condition with NO grubbyness, only 2 or 3 ULTRA faint 'age traces', NO ringwear, NO rubbing, only 1 absolutely TINY repaired 'nick' in the opening edge, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!! The cover must MEGA STRICTLY grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and is still a very VERY decent cover indeed!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE (ESPECIALLY IN MEGA RARE STEREO!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
