On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called 'Around & Around' and is an ORIGINAL 1965 German MONO Pressing on the ULTRA RARE German Red 'Boxed' MONO Decca label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS THE RAREST VERSION EVER MADE!!!! I WILL EXPLAIN.
WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN GERMANY IN 1965 IT WAS 1ST PRESSED ON A DARKER MAROON LABEL WITH 'GOLD PRINT'. THE VAST MAJORITY WERE PRESSED ON THIS LABEL AND ARE QUITE EASILY FOUND. THEN IN LATE 1965 THE LABEL WAS CHANGED TO A BRIGHT RED LABEL WITH A BLACK DECCA BOX!!!! HOWEVER - ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS LABEL WAS INTRODUCED MONO PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE STOPPED FOREVER - AS GERMANY HAD MOVED OVER TO PRESSING STEREOS ONLY!!!! AS A RESULT - THIS LP ONLY EXISTED IN MONO FOR AN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNT OF TIME ON THIS ULTRA RARE LABEL AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! AND THIS IS SHOWN BY THE VAST AMOUNT OF MONOS THAT TURN UP ON THE COMMON DARKER MAROON 'GOLD PRINT' LABEL - AND YET VIRTUALLY NO MONOS AT ALL EVER TURN UP FOR SALE ON THIS ULTRA RARE RED BOXED LABEL!!!! STEREOS ON THIS LABEL ARE OF COURSE VERY COMMON - BUT MONOS ARE VIRTUALLY UNHEARD OF!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1965 GERMAN MONO PRESSING ON THE ULTRA RARE MONO RED 'BOXED' DECCA LABEL, ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE, AND ORIGINAL FULLY LAMINATED COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL 1965 German MONO pressing and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is BLK 16315-P on the ORIGINAL MONO Decca Label (see picture) and is a German MONO pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Rolling Stones at their best!!!! Any fan of The Rolling Stones, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition (see pictures) with NO wear, a faint sticker residue trace on one label (NOT a tear), NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 1 ULTRA faint TINY light hairline trace (only visible under EXTREME light), NO scufflines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA faint MEGA light surface traces (only visible under EXTREME light), and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The record must grade Excellent(Minus)!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!! The 1st Press FULLY Laminated Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), STUNNING shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the laminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, and barely ANY yellowing AT ALL!!!! There is also a few small areas of 'smudging' to the print - though this is UNDER the laminate and it is immediately obvious that this is a manufacturing defect - and NOT from any wear or damage!!!! The cover must grade Excellent(Minus)!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
