On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called "Aftermath" and is an ORIGINAL 1966 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE ROLLING STONES RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE DECCA LABEL, AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT HAS THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS 'TYPE 1' LABELS WHICH ONLY LASTED A TINY AMOUNT OF TIME ONLY - AND WERE NEVER USED ON ANY LATER PRESSING!!!!

THIS LP IS ALSO MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS AN ULTRA RARE 'SAMPLE RECORD' 1ST PRESSING!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  'SAMPLE RECORD' 1ST PRESSINGS WERE ONLY EVER PRESSED IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS (NO MORE THAN A HUNDRED COPIES AT THE VERY MOST!), AND WERE ONLY EVER USED FOR 'IN-HOUSE' USE BY DECCA THEMSELVES (FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES), OR VERY OCCASSIONALLY ONE WAS GIVEN OUT TO 'IMPORTANT VISITORS' TO THE FACTORY - SUCH AS PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS FOR EXAMPLE!!!!  'SAMPLE RECORDS' WERE NEARLY ALWAYS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE (AS IN THIS CASE!) - AND ARE TRULY EXCEPTIONALLY HARD TO FIND TODAY!!!!  BARELY ANY 'SAMPLE RECORD' 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE EVER MADE - MAKING THIS LP OF THE UTMOST RARITY!!!!

AND FOR ONCE THIS 'SAMPLE RECORD' IS PROVEABLY 100% GENIUNE!!!!  AND IT ALSO PROVES BEYOND DOUBT SOME MYTHS ABOUT THIS LP!!!!  THIS LP HAS:-

1) 1B/1B MOTHER & STAMPER CODINGS - WHICH ARE THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE'!!!!  AND THIS IS EVEN THOUGH IT HAS 1A/5B MATRIXES!!!!  NOW THIS CANNOT BE 'RE-USED' STAMPERS - AS THIS WOULD BE CLEARLY IMPOSSIBLE ON BOTH SIDES!!!!  AND OF COURSE, AS DETAILED ABOVE - AS THIS LP HAS 'TYPE 1' LABELS WHICH ONLY EVER LASTED A TINY AMOUNT OF TIME ONLY!!!!  WHAT THIS DOES ABSOLUTELY PROVE WITHOUT ANY DOUBT, IS THAT THERE WAS NOT ORDER TO DECCA MATRIXES  ON LARGE SELLING LPs - AND WITH 1/B 1/B MOTHER & STAMPER CODINGS, THIS CLEARLY SHOWS THAT ON THE PRESSING LINE THIS LP WAS MADE AT - THE VERY FIRST STAMPER OF 1A WAS COUPLED WITH THE VERY FIRST STAMPER OF 5B!!!!  SO CLEARLY THIS WAS PROBABLY ONE OF THE FIRST 300 COPIES EVER MADE, AND IT REALLY ISN'T SURPRISING THAT IT HAS A 'SAMPLE RECORD' STICKER ON IT!!!!

2) AND SECONDLY THE SAMPLE STICKER HAS THE 'DECCA LOGO' ON THE LABEL SLIGHTLY 'BLED' INTO IT!!!!  THIS ONLY EVER HAPPENS OVER MANY MANY YEARS AND CANNOT BE FAKED IN ANY WAY AT ALL!!!!  SO IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THE 'SAMPLE RECORD' STICKER HAS BEEN ON THIS LP SINCE THE DAY IT WAS MADE!!!!

SO IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT NOT ONLY IS THIS LP 100% GENIUNE IN EVERY SINGLE WAY - BUT IT IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE FIRST 300 COPIES EVER MADE!!!!  AND WITH 'TYPE 1' LABELS, A VERFIED 'SAMPLE RECORD' STICKER, AND THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1/B 1/B MOTHER & STAMPER CODINGS - YOU SIMPLY CANNOT GET ANY 'EARLIER' OR 'RARER' THAN THIS!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1966 UK MONO 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS UNBOXED 'GROOVED' DECCA LABELS, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'TYPE 1' LABELS, 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS '1B/1B' MOTHER & STAMPER CODINGS, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'HANDLING/PLAYING' INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'ROBERT STACE' LAMINATED MONO COVER (WHICH IS THE 'STANDARD' COVER - AND NOT THE 'SHADOW' VERSION)!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Decca UK 1st Pressing from 1966 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is LK 4786 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 absolutely MEGA light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Handling/Playing' inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Robert Stace' Laminated MONO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), NO splits, only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), shiny laminate, NO rips, NO tears, only a VERY thin line of laminate lifting along the spinal edge, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO sticker marks, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS (ESPECIALLY AS THE 'EARLIEST' MONO 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - AND AS A 100% GENIUNE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS PROMOTIONAL 'SAMPLE' COPY!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
