On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called 'Rolling Stones' and is a 1964 MONO UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca label!!!!  THIS LP IS SIMPLY A MASSIVE RARITY!!!!  THIS IS THE EXTREMELY RARE 1ST EVER PRESSING OF THIS LP WHICH PLAYS THE MEGA RARE '2.52' VERSION OF 'TELL ME'!!!!  THIS WAS VERY QUICKLY CHANGED TO THE STANDARD '4.06' PRESSING OF 'TELL ME' ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS AND ONLY A HANDFUL OF THESE LPS LEAKED OUT WITH THE '2.52' VERSION!!!!  NATURALLY AS ONE OF THE MEGA RARE '2.52' 1ST PRESSINGS IT HAS THE CORRECT SIDE 2 MATRIX 'XARL-6272-1A'!!!!!   IT IS ALSO VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT ON THIS 1ST PRESSING - THE '2.52' VERSION OF 'TELL ME' IS NOT ONLY SHORTER THAN THE STANDARD LATER '4.06' VERSION - BUT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT RECORDING!!!!  IT SOUNDS RADICALLY DIFFERENT TO THE LATER '4.06' VERSION AND IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VERSION!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AS A GENIUNE '2.52' 1ST PRESSING AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!

This is an ORIGINAL Decca UK MONO 1st Pressing and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LK 4605 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Rolling Stones at their best!!!! Any fan of The Rolling Stones, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 2 or 3 light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO nasty loud pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! And the all important track 'Tell Me' plays SUPERBLY!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better and is EXTREMELY hard to find in this condition!!!! BRILLIANT RECORD!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also has its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Handling/Playing' inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The 1st Press 'MacNeill' Flipback Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, NO rips, NO splits, only VERY slight corner wear, only a few small LIGHT creases (NO creaselines across the cover - cover front is VERY flat looking indeed), AWESOME shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, NO wear and NO yellowing!!!!  The only other minor thing to mention is that there is some VERY slight unevenness to the cover back ONLY (cover front is 100% flat) - though importantly the cover back opening edge (and all other edges) are 100% FLAT!!!!  This cover is in BRILLIANT condition and must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  IT IS MASSIVELY RARE TO EVER FIND A 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP WITH THE MEGA RARE '2.52' VERSION OF 'TELL ME', AND VERY VERY HARD INDEED TO FIND ONE IN THIS BRILLIANT CONDITION  - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS SERIOUSLY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
