Restrictions :

We will not in any circumstances despatch orders to a 3rd party, nor will we leave invoices out of parcels or put an alternate despatch or return address on the item 'as it is for a gift' or any other reason. These are our stipulated trading terms and any order breaching these stipulations will be cancelled. As these are our stipulated trading terms any maligning feedback left will be reported to eBay with a request for the relevant account to be suspended. Enquiries / After Sales :
All orders are despatched with full email and telephone contact details so that enquiries are answered as soon as possible, please note that operating times are 9-5 Monday to Friday. In the rare instance of an item reported as undelivered, we refer all cases to the Royal Mail Claims Unit and request details of any history of Undelivered Item claims at the delivery address. We will send a P58 Royal Mail Undelivered Item form to the claimant after 12 days overdue [ please note that the Royal Mail do not class any item as Missing until 28 days from despatch ] and upon the return of the signed and dated statement we will proceed with replacement item or refund as per customer requirement. In any instance where the Royal Mail decline to accept the item as Undelivered or reject the claim then we pass the matter to the County Court to reclaim value of item plus costs.
