Description

This offer is for an 11 disc box set of original master recordings of The Rolling Stones. The translucent vinyl is in mint condition and is unplayed. Transferred direct from the original 1963 to 1969 master recording tapes of The Rolling Stones & originally released in October 1984, this fabulous box set is numbered # 3750 from a limited edition of 10,000 sets.

Each disc was pressed in Japan before Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs eventually pressed their LPs in the United States. Every one is Half-Speed Mastered with the Ortofon Cutting System from the Original Stereo Master Tapes and is housed within a special static free, dust free inner sleeve and heavy-duty protective packaging. The jackets and outer box have very light and would grade excellent.

Also included is a lavish oversize full-color art book which contains each original album cover artwork from the original film transparencies, printed on art-quality paperstock. The artbook also includes interviews with the Rolling Stones engineers and producers. The art book cover is wavy and the edges have some wear, but the interior pages are near mint. The set is missing the geodisc: a disc that doesn't play music but is just used for cartridge alignment. The set comes with a a Rolling Stones envelope containing MFSL advertising & a certificate of limited warranty.

All this is encased within a sturdy custom black wooden presentation box which is numbered on the inside of the door; # 3750.
