Description
Fully play-tested: Visually, the vinyl looks EX, but under bright light you can see some paper scuffing. This results in light surface noise audible during the quieter moments of music. That results in a lower-end VG+ grade or strong VG grade. So it sounds a bit "vintage" during the quieter moments (the included audio clip shows some of the light surface noise (light background crackles) that can be heard during a quieter intro portion of Rhythm of My Heart). There are no heavy scratches and no skipping or loud pops.
The album jacket is in VG+ condition. The color remains vibrant and there is no ring-wear or noticeable edgewear. The are no promo marks or cutouts, but there is noticeable creasing. This isn't noticeable when displayed in a poly outer-sleeve (which I always include).
The inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition.
This pressing is imported from Germany (many audiophiles feel these were the best pressings of this era). All writing and labels are in English, identical to the American release.
The vinyl has been cleaned, handled with audiophile gloves (not hands), and stored and ships in an audiophile-quality anti-static inner sleeve. I also always store and ship albums in a protective 3 mil. plastic sleeve to keep these precious albums in excellent condition. This costs me a bit more, but it's worth it to ensure a high-quality record stays as pristine as possible.
Rest assured that you are buying this from a fellow Rod Stewart fan who loves this album (I'm only selling it because I have multiple copies) and has fully listened to it very carefully and fairly graded. I want to respect your purchase and make sure this record is appreciated by the next owner. Check out my listings for hundreds of other albums from the 1980s, all in beautiful condition. I always combine shipping for only $1 extra per additional record. Please just add them to your cart and checkout all at once.
I always properly pack and ship records quickly (usually within 1 business day).
