      ON OFFER:  ROD STEWART  12" SINGLE   A "Baby Jane" B. "Ready Now" - "If loving you is wrong".  From my own collection Record is In Excellent Plus Condition, With minimal play, Vinyl retains a nice glossy finish, Labels are clean with no rips or tears. Cover is excellent & has no noticeable rips or tears & comes with poster promo sticker, Poster is excellent & has just been stored so has never been stuck on a wall etc. so no sticky tape or blue tac marks.    Record has been carefully stored - However like most stored items,There is a small 1cm area on bottom seam where the record has been stored which over time has cut into the seam AS per photo.
