SUPER RARE
TOP FLIGHT ROCKABILLY ACETATE OF UNRELEASED EP
this is one for the serious rockabilly collector!
EMIDISC white label with typed track titles.
I believe that this was intended to be released by MCA during the 1970's
but it never was. The acetate is housed in a unique hand made thick paper sleeve
 which may have been a prototype for the intended final sleeve.
The front (which is only in black and white), features a low resolution still from
 the 1957 film "Rock, Baby, Rock It!"
in which Johnny Carroll performs these songs.

This 7" vinyl EP plays at 33rpm

note - acetates are not made with the same durability as retail records because they are meant for just a few plays,
so standard gradings are not really appropriate, but I have used those gradings as below.

GRADINGS All gradings are visual and strictly based on the standard established by Record Collector magazine. Sleeve EX (slight record ring wear, a few very small lamination creases at edges and very small area of lamination detaching - not split, along top spine near to opening edge.) Record Good (Visually does not look too bad with a bright light required to see most of the various light scuffs etc. On playback there is a lot of background surface noise throughout. However does play through ok no sticks or jumps.)

POSTAGE Please note that I will obtain a proof of posting on every item I send. This will give a limit of compensation of up to £20 in case of the record not being delivered and this will cover the majority of my items sold. On the occasional time when a record or total combined records is sold for more than this additional payment may be given to cover the higher value of compensation. Please note that international compensation is generally similar but Royal Mail's conditions for international compensation must apply.

For singles and EPs I will use Large Letters first class service in UK and airmail Large Letters service for international. Please note that I send records in heavy duty purpose bought mailers together with stiffener and I prefer to send first class to give you the best service and reliability. Also note that I will always give an overall discount for more than one purchase when I can combine postage fees. This will not be a standard fee as I will always take into consideration the actual weight of the final packet – album weights vary considerably eg double albums, gatefold sleeves, heavy cardboard sleeves, thicker (60’s) records etc.  If you want to know in advance how much P&P would be for more than one item, send me a message stating which records you are hoping to win and I can then give you a firm quote. I am able to offer substantial savings by combined post and packing charges for more than one record, so an additional one or more albums will not add much more to the P&P cost. Also note that for albums I also offer a reduced second class post for UK which although not significant for just one record, can make significant savings for several combined records (although will take longer to arrive).

PAYMENT CONDITIONS All prices must be paid in pounds sterling. Payment to be made within 3 days. Personal cheques from UK only accepted but item will not be sent until cheque cleared. Paypal accepted.
